Sunday Night Live (SNL) provides the ability, training and resources to host live entertainment, with a twist of faith in high street coffee shops. Each event is hosted by a group of local Christians and features top quality artists and inspirational speakers from across the UK.

SNL and its spin off events, such as Live Lounge for weeknights, and Live and Loud for 13-18 year olds, aim to build a community of people who enjoy coffee, cakes and live entertainment with a twist of faith.

The mission is to bring communities together (from whatever background or ethnicity), to provide live entertainment in the form or artists and speakers. This would be free of charge.

The intention is for the entertainment to be inspirational to members of the audience, whilst simultaneously highlighting the Church (its values and beliefs) in such a way that people see God, and Christianity, in a new light. SNL creates a space Christians to take their friends to a neutral venue, giving them the chance to hear the amazing good news of the gospel during a professional and fun event.

SNL provide all the information, advice and guidance needed to run an event each month and they provide a ready-made outreach team of dedicated people to do all the initial work required.

“Our SNL has been established well over a year now and has matured into more than an evening with excellent music, coffee and company. Different monthly themes have captured the imaginations of the local families and churches and we’ve seen people’s lives healed and transformed as they hear about how much Jesus loves them.” - Mike, Merseyside Christian Fellowship

“WOW is all I can say. This is a GOD thing and I am so glad that we are a part of it. We were packed out with more chairs having to be brought in from one of the churches. The band was great and the lady who spoke (who also does ‘Thought for the Day’ on Radio Nottingham) just hit the right spot. We are very excited and just concerned that we were so full; what will we do as we continue to grow? But what a great problem to have!” - Rob, Eagle’s Nest Church, Nottingham

“In the early days, Christians didn’t worship in churches… 2000 years on, Johnny Kinch (founder of Sunday Night Live) has re-kindled the idea, but with a modern twist.” - Diane Louise Jordan, ‘Songs of Praise’
